My name is Lisa Telo. I spent 12 years in this industry before I put together what you’re looking at now.
I started in salon. Trained apprentices in-house. Built a product range. Ran a training facility. Accumulated hundreds of students over years of hands-on teaching. I loved the industry. I also destroyed my back doing it the way most of us do.
When I finally made the shift to teaching, I started small. Three days a month, in my own salon, on my off days. No separate studio. No upfront costs. Classic lashes over two days, Volume on the third. It worked. Word spread. It grew from there.

Yes. The course is fully pre-recorded and self-paced, so you can study in your own time. And once you're certified, you can begin training students on your off days, all while continuing to see your lash clients. Three months to complete. Most students finish in four weeks.
Yes. Your credential is issued through Lash Inc UK. You can verify accredited trainers directly on their website.
Everything is online. Location is irrelevant. Assessments are completed via video submission and digitally. In some cases a full case study may be requested to verify a student educator's work quality before certification is issued.
It is. And two to three training sessions with a small group of students covers it. The question isn't whether you can afford it. It's whether you can afford to keep doing what you're doing at the pace you're doing it.
Most lash artists training with LBI choose the Classic and Volume Combo. Volume is what your future students will be asking for. Certifying to teach both means you can charge more, attract more students, and build a training business that reflects where the industry actually is.
